Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (outside Europe)

The CIHEAM-IAMM is involved in the “Erasmus+: International credit mobility” program and therefore offers the opportunity to send and receive students, teachers and staff in collaboration with its partner institutions outside the European Union.

Each mobility, except the student mobility for internships, is carried out with prior inter-institutional agreements between the sending and the host institutions.

Financial support for the travel and the living expenses can be granted to a limited number of participants.

Our Partner Institutions

If you are interested in becoming a partner institution, please contact: erasmus@iamm.fr

Students mobility: 3 to 12 months

You are a student from a partner institution and you want to carry out a study mobility at the CIHEAM-IAMM

  • We can provide financial support to a limited number of incoming students
  • Your home university can acknowledge your mobility as part of your curriculum, under the condition that a prior agreement between your home university and the CIHEAM-IAMM has been established

Students’ incoming and outgoing mobility are acknowledged as part of the full educational program and they are accordingly based on the ECTS. For information, successful students are awarded grades, using the following rating scale:

  • 17-20 (20 %) : A (Outstanding performance)
  • 14-16,99 (50 %) : B (Above the average standard but with some deficiencies)
  • 10-13,99 (15 %) : C (Performance meeting the minimum criteria. Fair but with shortcomings)
  • 0-9,99 (15%) : D (Considerable further work is required. Students have to retake the test. No credits are awarded)

Teaching mobilities: 5 days to 2 months

The CIHEAM-IAMM can invite teachers from its partner institutions to take part in its educational program by providing courses and sharing their experience. Outgoing mobilities can be organized as well. We can offer scholarships to a limited number of incoming and outgoing teachers.

Staff and teachers training mobilities: 5 days to 2 months

Incoming and outgoing mobilities for training purposes can be carried out.

  • Some examples of eligible staff mobility

Sharing experience on supervising international students, on the financial management of European programs, on managing documentary resources, on eLearning practices, etc.

  • Training mobility for teachers

Participating in a course from our educational program will be for you the opportunity to meet colleagues from the CIHEAM-IAMM and the Agropolis International scientific environment. This sharing of experience offers an interesting possibility to all parts involved to develop their network and identify potential new education, research or cooperation activities.
