Résumé : | Food-related debates are being held more and more from a moral angle food is a highly political issue. Answers to the question how we can achieve food and nutrition security while protecting our natural resources, safeguarding biodiversity and tackling the climate crisis are accordingly controversial. Our author looks at the different approaches and shows why and how agroecological principles can result in productive, environmentally sustainable and socially equitable food systems that reconcile addressing global challenges with meeting local needs. |
