Résumé : |
This master's topic focuses on the evaluation from the mathematical model of agricultural policies in the practices of Mediterranean agriculture for a more sustainable and developed food system. This study will address the evaluation of the effectiveness of public policies in the agricultural production sectors in the Mediterranean countries, mainly in Albania. Using mathematical modeling, it is intended to provide knowledge on the impact of these different subsidy policies scenarios will have on different farm models.
The main purpose of this work is to create and refine a mathematical modeling that can evaluate the impact of these policies on the farms constrains. By examining the results of different scenarios based on the comparison between them, we will be able to give answers on the choices of increasing the productivity, labour hiring and generated income of the sectors. This research aims to be valid for policy makers and other parties interested in the formation of these agricultural policies in the Mediterranean context. The methodology of this work requires the collection of necessary information from the review of the literature to create what is called the conceptual model of policymaking evaluation. Data calibration and implementation in an efficient module would give us a reliable model. The stimulation of different scenarios would provide an evaluation of these interventions. |
