Résumé : | The present uncertainties of the economic context and of its evolution make unrealizable long-term planning. To build with the farmers a set of scenarios of evolution and establish a series of indicators for ensuring the follow-up is a possible solution. To this end, we develop with farm advisers tools and methods for assisting farmers in building their strategic projects in a risky environment. This approach suggests a new type of relationship in the consultancy process and adequate training of advisers. At the CIHEAM-IAM Montpellier, for our post-graduate course on Economics and farm management, we developed this approach. The tool used is a simulator conceived to favour interactivities between the consultants and decision-makers. At the end of a training course of several days allowing the trainees to use the strategic simulation model and to support underlying hypotheses, the work has been based on several study cases proposed by advisory services (Résumé de la publication) |
