Résumé :	La rencontre a permis la présentation de projets de recherche à petite échelle des membres du réseau de recherche Perte après récolte initié depuis 1989. Cet atelier avait pour but, en plus de l'actualisation des connaissances de chacun, d'analyser et de discuter l'information en cours dans le domaine de la biologie et de biotechnologie appliquée aux pertes après récolte, la situation des pertes après récolte, des technologies de stockage aussi bien que le murissage des fruits
