Résumé : | The era of climate change is already upon us. The UN is on its way to declare highest ocean surface temperatures and also a very short winter and spring. It is a widely recognized fact that the biggest impact of climate change will be felt by the water sector. Agriculture being the largest consumer of water, will consequently, have to bear the biggest burden of adaptation strategies. Various attempts are being made for the assessing the impacts, a key area of building capacities for implementing the strategies on the ground by the practitioners is also needing attention. |
