Résumé : |
Excessive use of phytosanitary products maximizes economic and production performance, but on the other hand, the environment and human health can be seriously affected by their toxicity. Faced with these challenges, winegrowers are under increasing social, regulatory and economic pressure to adopt more environmentally-friendly practices.
The transition requires a partial or total review of their technical itinerary. In this context, it is important to assess the economic impact to guide winegrowers' decisions. The aim of this study is to assess the economic impact of changes in viticultural practices using the IPE2VIT tool. A methodological contribution consists in simplifying this tool to make it more operational and easier to use by farmers and agricultural advisors. Surveys and scenario simulations were then used to carry out the analysis on three Burgundy vineyards. The new version of the tool proved to be effective in assessing the economic impact of change, with variations of less than 1% compared with the original version. Analysis of the profitability of the scenarios studied shows an increase in the costs of adopting practices, especially in the context of the HEV system, with an average of 83.41 /ha. |
