| Résumé : | The prospect that transitional countries of Central-Eastern Europe, considered to be Top Class may become members of the European Union raises numerous questions about the solution of the still existing gap between the two sides of the continent. Many complex measures have still to be taken both in these countries, at the microeconomic and macroeconomic level, and within many policies and institutions of the EU for this expansion to be accomplish without any trauma. Agriculture is certainly one of the major knots to loose because of the huge interests and precarious balances involved. It is, therefore, indispensable to understand the orientations followed so far in the agricultural sectors of these Countries in order to detect the peculiar characters of the on-going transformation process of their economies with the decisive role played by technological innovation and the transition in training systems |
