Par le CIHEAM-IAMM (France), l’INRAE -Université Paris-Saclay (France), et l’Université de Carthage – L.R. Modélisation et Analyse Statistique et Economique-ESSAI (Tunisie),
En partenariat avec : le CERDI Université de Clermont-Auvergne (France), le CREAD (Algérie) et le soutien de la filière francophone d’économie et de science politique de l’Université du Caire (Egypte) et ENSA, Université Ibn Zohr (Maroc).
Cette journée méditerranéenne est consacrée à la présentation de travaux en modélisation mathématique, statistique et économétrique des phénomènes économiques.
Elle est dédiée aux travaux de chercheurs provenant du pourtour méditerranéen ou travaillant sur des thématiques, intéressant cette région, avec une attention particulière aux travaux de jeunes chercheurs (doctorants, post-doctorants) venant des deux rives de la méditerranée. Nous comptons des participants de France, Algérie, Maroc, Tunisie, Grèce, Egypte…
Cette rencontre a pour objectif d’une part, de valoriser les travaux des jeunes chercheurs de cette région en les faisant bénéficier de l’expérience de chercheurs plus expérimentés.
Elle constitue d’autre part une occasion de se rencontrer, d’échanger, d’envisager des partenariats dans le cadre de projets internationaux et de construire un réseau pérenne de jeunes chercheurs méditerranéens.

Term of reference for a service provider in support for communication and dissemination
Context
NPP-SOL (Modelling and technological tools to prevent surface and ground water bodies from agricultural non-profit source pollution under Mediterranean conditions) is an awarded project under the PRIMA Programme “Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area”, Section 2 (Projects funded by Participant States), – Multi-topic 2022 – Topic 2.1.1 RIA (Prevent and reduce land
and water salinization and pollution due to agri-food activities).
The general objective of NPP-SOL is to prevent diffuse pollution of water resources due to NPS
agricultural pollutants under the Mediterranean soil and environmental conditions, according to the
objectives of the new Green Deal and Farm-to-Fork strategies. NPP-SOL will integrate site-specific
best management practices for improving soil, water, fertilizers and crop management with sitetailored and affordable-costs technologies for preventing natural bodies pollution. Common to all the
adopted methodologies-technologies will be their sustainability and economic efficiency, and their
adherence to circular economy approaches.
CIHEAM Montpellier participates in this project as a partner and is the leader and the co-leader for
different work packages (WP) within the project.
Description of the work package and tasks
Under NPP-SOL’s Work Package 5 for which CIHEAM Montpellier is the leader, different tasks will be
undertaken in the objective of:
− Communication and dissemination of the project’s activities and results, with the final objective
of amplifying and raising awareness about NPP-SOL added value in economic, technical,
environmental and social terms.
− Dissemination of the results to stakeholders beyond those directly engaged in the project.
To assure the quality of these tasks’ implementation, a sub-contracting third party (hereinafter service
provider) is needed to support CIHEAM Montpellier team.
Submission deadline and selection procedure
The deadline for the quotation and proposal submission is the the 15th December 2023 at 12 pm (Paris
time).

− Identifying Scaling Up and Scaling Out opportunities of the site-specific best management practices and pollution-preventing technologies.
To assure the quality of these tasks’ implementation, a sub-contracting third party (herein after service provider) is needed to support CIHEAM-IAMM team.

Le CIHEAM-Montpellier a le plaisir de vous convier à sa « Journée Géopolitique et Prospective en Méditerranée », un événement incontournable se déroulant le 29 novembre.
Cette journée sera une occasion unique d’explorer les dynamiques géopolitiques et les projections prospectives de la région méditerranéenne, animée par des experts renommés.
Au programme :
8h30 – 12h30 : Joignez-vous à nous pour une intervention captivante de Monsieur Pierre Blanc, expert en géopolitique à Bordeaux Sciences Agro et Sciences Po Bordeaux. Rédacteur en chef de la réputée revue « Confluences Méditerranée » et auteur de plusieurs ouvrages dédiés à la Méditerranée, son dernier livre « Géopolitique et Climat », paru en 2023, sera au cœur de sa présentation. Monsieur Blanc explorera avec profondeur et expertise les enjeux géopolitiques liés à l’agriculture, à l’eau, aux territoires et au climat dans la région méditerranéenne.
De 14h à 15h30 : Nous aurons l’honneur d’accueillir Monsieur Denis Lacroix, Délégué à la prospective à la direction générale de l’Institut français de recherches sur la mer (IFREMER) et Vice-Président du Plan Bleu. Il a brillamment coordonné l’élaboration des scénarios MED-2050. Sa présentation portera sur des perspectives prospectives essentielles pour l’avenir de la Méditerranée.
