REUNION DE LANCEMENT DU PROJET INSIST-VAT

Le CIHEAM-IAMM, qui assure la coordination d’INSIST-VAT, projet Erasmus+ de renforcement des capacités dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle agricole (CB-VET), a organisé la réunion de lancement du projet du 29 au 31 janvier 2025 dans son campus de Montpellier.

Une vingtaine de participants représentant les 8 partenaires des 4 pays impliqués (Albanie, Kosovo, Espagne et France) ont travaillé sur l’organisation du travail à venir, la gouvernance du consortium et sur les aspects administratif et financier.

Des visites d’organismes œuvrant dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle agricole ont également été organisées:

  • Fédération Régionale des CIVAM d’Occitanie,
  • CFPPA Montpellier.

L’objectif de ce projet est de mettre en place une offre de formation à l’Université agricole de Tirana (UAT) impliquant des acteurs nationaux et régionaux, servant de base au système albanais de connaissance et d’innovation agricoles. Ce projet doit répondre aux missions confiées à l’UAT par le ministère albanais de l’agriculture de concevoir une « centre de formation des agriculteurs » et offrir des cursus de formation adaptés aux besoins des agriculteurs et des agents de vulgarisation.

The DIONYSUS project team recently participated in the EXCEL4MED Annual Meeting held in Montpellier on January 31st, 2025. We presented our project’s concept, partnerships, and objectives focused on advancing sustainable development within the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystem (WEFE) nexus. The meeting provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration with other projects and stakeholders in the field. We extend our sincere thanks to the organizers and participants for facilitating productive discussions.

EXCEL4MED ANNUAL MEETING

The EXCEL4MED Annual Meeting in Montpellier gathered partners from Greece, Malta, and France to review project progress, exchange insights, and reinforce collaboration towards a more sustainable and innovative Mediterranean fruit supply chain.

The first day, hosted by CIHEAM Montpellier, was packed with discussions, presentations, and strategic planning sessions (plus tons of coffee, pain au chocolat, croissants, and laughter)! Here is what happened:

🟢 Morning Sessions | Setting the Stage

The day began with a warm welcome and introduction by CIHEAM Montpellier, followed by a comprehensive review of the project’s progress. Each Work Package leader presented key milestones and outlined future directions.

🟢 Afternoon Sessions | Showcasing Deliverables

The second half of the day focused on recently completed deliverables, highlighting major research findings and practical applications:

📄 Deliverable D1.5 – Data Management Plan III (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
📄 Deliverable D2.3 – Co-Creation Workshop with Relevant Stakeholders to Fill in the Business Model Canvas (Smart Agro Hub).
📄 Deliverable D2.4 – Living Labs Report on the Effectiveness of Current Business Models, Governance, and Innovation (Malta Enterprise, CIHEAM Montpellier).

🟢 Interactive Q&A Session

A dynamic discussion allowed partners to share perspectives and address key project challenges.

🟢 Wrapping Up & Looking Ahead

The day concluded with closing remarks, reflecting on progress made and paving the way for deeper discussions on Day 2.
