Raising awareness of the concept and benefits of agri-food value chains
July 19 and 20, 2023 Organization of an online FPC training session on the theme of Agri-food value chain In collaboration with the organization Gaza Urban and Peri-urban Agriculture Plateform (GUPAP).
This training session is aimed at Palestinian professionals from the Ministry of Agriculture, the FAO, NGOs, and from the University of Gaza.
Mains topics :
- Concept of agri-food value chain and its application for the analysis of the economic and management profitability
-Sustainability of food systems, including agri-food value chains and farming systems.
-Strategic management: Business Model Canvas, theory and application in agri-food supply chains
- Certification of small farmers and Participatory Guarantee Systems.
25 participants attended the first session.
