On February 19, 2025, CIHEAM Montpellier had the pleasure, for the second consecutive year, of welcoming Mr. Grégory KOUCHIT, Social and Organizational Psychologist, for a dynamic and interactive session on the theme “Combating Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace.”
During this workshop, our Master's students participated in a team quiz that allowed them to analyze and respond to real-life situations related to various topics concerning workplace harassment and discrimination. Through this fun and collaborative format, they explored essential strategies and tools to help create a respectful and caring work environment. Thanks to Mr. Grégory KOUCHIT’s expertise, the session provided participants with valuable insights to identify, prevent, and take action against these issues, further strengthening our commitment to fostering an inclusive and safe campus.
