A network of partner universities

Each mobility, with the exception of traineeship mobility, is carried out within the framework of inter-institutional agreements between the sending institution and the receiving institution.

In accordance with Erasmus regulations, the sending institution is required to finance the mobility.

Learner mobility

Mobility for studies

Duration: from 2 to 12 months

You are a student in a higher education institution in Europe and you wish to carry out a mobility for studies at CIHEAM Montpellier: explore our Master's programmes.

Recognition of incoming and outgoing mobility for studies is acquired on the basis of the ECTS system. For information purposes, grades are awarded to students according to the following scale:

• 17-20 (20%): A (outstanding performance)
• 14-16.99 (50%): B (above the average standard but with minor errors)
• 10-13.99 (15%): C (satisfactory work meeting the minimum criteria. Fair, but with certain shortcomings)
• 9.99 (15%): D (considerable further work required. The students must sit the examination again. No credit can be awarded)

Mobility for traineeships

Duration: from 2 to 12 months

You are a student at the CIHEAM Montpellier: you can carry out your training placement in Europe. We can provide financial assistance to a limited number of students. Please contact the Erasmus office (erasmus@iamm.fr).

You are a student in a higher education institution in Europe and you wish to carry out a mobility for traineeship at CIHEAM Montpellier, you can apply to your sending institution.

Staff mobility (teaching or training)

Duration: from 2 to 60 days (excluding travel)

CIHEAM Montpellier welcomes staff mobilities in collaboration with other European higher education institutions.

Some examples of staff mobility for training:

• Sharing experience (documentary resources, e-Learning techniques, financial management of European programmes, etc.
• Job shadowing
• Training (intensive training or attendance of courses from our Master's programmes).
• Workshop
