The CIHEAM Montpellier is a small-scale institution among the renowned organisations in the field of agronomic education, research and development. Historically, its operations have therefore been founded on international networks while an extensive range of competencies has been developed within the Institute. For more than thirty years, the scientific team has been able to rely on the support of a number of essential professions including a documentation service committed to the management and sharing of e-resources; an IT department focussing on securing data and sharing them remotely; and a multimedia service making use of visual media (and in particular videos) for information and educational purposes.
