Professional integration of the CIHEAM Montpellier Master's graduates,
1 and 2 years after graduation
Data from 5 classes of Graduates between 2017 and 2021
These results were obtained from surveys of students graduating in 2017, 2018 , 2019, 2020 and 2021, totalling 309 students. The response rate for these surveys was 71%, with 218 responses. 84% of respondents are working two years after graduation (72% one year after graduation). In all, this corresponds to 182 students out of a total of 218 responses. The 156 responses are divided by type of employment contract: 90 on permanent contracts, 45 on fixed-term contracts, 8 on temporary contracts, 2 on apprenticeship contracts, 1 as an entrepreneur, 26 continuing their studies.
The private sector is the main employer of CIHEAM Montpellier graduates from 2017 to 2021, two years after graduation. 46% of those surveyed are employed by private companies. The public sector is also a major recruiter: Public administration (13%), teaching or research establishments (6%), local authorities (4%).
The majority of jobs held 2 years after graduation are secure (62% permanent).
